By subscribing to My Vin Guard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
My Vin Guard is a subscription service at $9.99 per month per vehicle. Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Additional vehicles may be added at $7.99/month each.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your initial subscription, contact support@myvinguard.com for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 7 days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal or by contacting support@myvinguard.com. Upon cancellation, you will continue to receive service through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time after the 7-day guarantee period.
My Vin Guard provides recall and Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) monitoring based on publicly available data from the NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration). We send monthly digest emails and alerts when new recalls affecting your registered vehicle are detected. The service is informational only.
My Vin Guard is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all recalls and TSBs will be captured. NHTSA data may have delays or omissions that are outside our control. See our Disclaimer for full details.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Vin Guard and Warehouse Web Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to missed recall alerts, vehicle damage, personal injury, or any loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All content, design, and code of My Vin Guard is the property of Warehouse Web Co. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email of material changes. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hamilton County, Ohio.
